| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外周血Th1/Th2及细胞因子在结缔组织病相关性间质性肺疾病的表达及意义。方法收集23例正常对照组及28例病理类型为非特异性间质性肺炎(NSIP)的结缔组织病相关性间质性肺疾病(CTD-ILD)患者的外周血单个核细胞及血浆,分别检测PBMC中Th1/Th2的比例及血浆中Th1/Th2及细胞因子的表达情况。结果与正常对照组相比,CTD-ILD患者组Th1比例明显增加,差别具有统计学意义(P=0.04)。而Th2比例明显降低(P=0.000),伴随着Th1/Th2比例的升高(P=0.001)。CTD-ILD患者TNF-α,IFN-γ细胞因子的浓度较正常对照组的血浆浓度均明显增加(P0.05)。IL-4的浓度较正常对照组的血浆浓度降低(P0.05)。结论在CTD-ILD患者体内的存在Th1/Th2平衡失调,向Th1方向偏移。

Expression of Th1/ Th2 cells in peripheral blood of patients with connective tissue disease complicated with interstitial lung disease |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of Th1/ Th2 and and related cytokines in patients with connective tissue disease associated with interstitial lung disease ( CTD-ILD) . Methods Peripheral blood mononu-clear cells and plasma of 23 cases in the normal control group and 28 CTD-ILD patients were collected. The Th1/Th2 ratio in PBMC and Th1/ Th2 related cytokines in plasma were detected. Results Compared with the normal control group, the proportion of Th1 in CTD-ILD patients increased significantly (P=0. 04), while the proportion of Th2 decreased significantly (P=0. 000). The concentrations of TNF-a and IFN in CTD-ILD patients increased sig-nificantly (P<0. 05). The concentration of IL-4 was lower in the CTD-ILD group than in the control group (P>0. 05). Conclusion Th1/Th2 imbalance exists in patients with CTD-ILD, which may be Th1 dominant disease. |
