多层螺旋CT对焊工尘肺的诊断价值

摘    要:
目的探讨多层螺旋CT对早期焊工尘肺的诊断价值。方法收集27例我院职业病防治院确诊的Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期电焊工尘肺分析其42次螺旋CT的影像学表现。结果 27例常规CT扫描显示了特征性的表现,其中23例(23/27,85.2%)表现为边缘模糊的小叶中央磨玻璃微结节,其中12例(12/23,52.2%)伴有分支状细线影;1例(1/27,3.7%)表现为弥漫性磨玻璃影;3例(3/27,11.1%)仅为分支状细线影。结论边缘模糊的小叶、中叶磨玻璃密度微结节和分支状细线影是焊工尘肺的常见表现。

Multi-slice spiral CT in the evaluation of welders with pneumoconiosis
Abstract:
Objective To study the role of multi-slice spiral CT in the evaluation of early welders ’ pneumo-coniosis.Methods 27 cases were collected and diagnosed as welders ’ pneumoconiosis, and the imaging findings of 42 spiral CT examinations were analyzed .Results 27 cases all showed positive characteristic findings with conven-tional CT.23 cases showed poorly-defined centrilobular micronodules (23/27, 85.2%).Among them, 12 cases were accompanied with branching linear structure (12/23, 52.2%).1 case showed pulmonary diffuse ground-glass opacity (1/27, 3.7%).3 cases only showed as branching linear structure (3/27, 11.1%).Conclusion Poorly-defined centrilobular micronodules and branching linear structure are the thin -section CT findings most frequently seen in welders with pneumoconiosis .
