匹多莫德辅助治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎的疗效观察

目的探讨匹多莫德辅助治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎(RMPP)的临床疗效。方法将164例RMPP患儿分为观察组85例、对照组79例,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予匹多莫德,比较两组疗效、炎症因子及免疫功能。结果观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-6、TFN-γ、IL-13水平显著低于对照组,而IL-2水平显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后观察组CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+水平显著高于对照组(P0.05),而CD8+水平显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论匹多莫德治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎,能够有效抑制患儿血清促炎症因子水平,并调节机体的免疫平衡、增强患儿的机体免疫功能,值得推广运用。

Observation on curative effect of Pidomod in treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pidomod in treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia (RMPP). Methods 164 children with RMPP were divided into the observation group (85 cases) and the control group (79 cases). The observation group was given Pidomod on the basis of conventional treatment. The therapeutic effect, inflammatory factors and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group ( P <0. 05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, TFN-γ and IL-13 were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the level of IL-2 was significantly higher in the observation group than in the con-trol group (P<0. 05). The value of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4 + /CD8 + was significantly higher, and the level of CD8 +T cells was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Pidoti-mod can effectively inhibit the serum levels of pro-inflammatory factors, and regulate immune balance and enhance immune function in treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia.
