| 摘 要： | 目的了解维吾尔族饲鸽者肺患者血清总Ig E、蛋白电泳谱的情况及临床意义。方法病例分析新疆省人民医院确诊的20例维吾尔族饲鸽者肺患者和同期20例维吾尔族健康体检者血清总Ig E及蛋白电泳谱情况。结果两组比较血清总Ig E差异无统计学意义(P0.05);维吾尔族饲鸽者肺患者血清蛋白电泳特征为白蛋白比例减少,γ球蛋白比例增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论血清总Ig E及蛋白电泳检测对维吾尔族饲鸽者肺病临床诊断,可提供一定的参考价值。

Analysis of total serum IgE and serum protein electrophoresis in Uygur pigeon breeder's lung disease patients |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role and clinical significance of total serum IgE and serum protein elec-trophoresis in Uygur pigeon breeder's lung patients. Methods A total of 20 Uygur pigeon breeder's lung patients and 20 healthy Uygur adults who underwent total serum IgE and serum protein lectrophoresis were retrospectively retrieved from the database at Xinjiang Province People's Hospital from March 2013 to July 2015. The results of total serum IgE and serum protein electrophoresis were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed no significant difference in serum IgE level (P>0. 05). The study group had signifi-cantly lower albumin level and significantly higher γ globulin level than the control group did ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclu-sion The total serum IgE and serum protein electrophoresis tests have certain reference value of clinical diagnosis in Uygur pigeon breeder's lung disease. |
