摘 要: | 目的探究Th-17细胞相关因子在慢阻肺稳定期患者肺部的表达意义。方法选取60例在我院行手术治疗的周围型肺癌患者,按肺功能检查结果及吸烟情况分为NS组(17例)、S组(26例)和慢阻肺组(17例)。检测患者新鲜正常肺组织匀浆中IL-17的含量、平均肺泡面积和肺腺泡肌型动脉(MA)管壁厚度、肺泡壁、小气道壁及MA管壁中IL-17、CD4~+及CD8~+T细胞的表达情况。结果 S组的FEV1/FVC%、FEV1%预计值下降趋势不明显(P0.05),慢阻肺组患者的FEV1/FVC%、FEV1%预计值明显降低(P0.001);慢阻肺组患者的肺组织匀浆中IL-17含量、平均肺泡面积、MA管壁厚度以及肺泡壁、小气道壁、MA管壁中IL-17、CD~+4及CD~+8T细胞明显高于NS组和S组,S组明显高于NS组(P0.05)。结论 IL-17可促进慢阻肺稳定期患者的炎症反应。

Expression and significance of related factors of Th17 cells in COPD patients at stable stage |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and significance of related factors of Th 17 cells in COPD patients at stable stage .Methods 60 patients with peripheral lung cancer were divided into the NS group (15 cases ), the S group (26 cases), and the COPD group (19 cases).The fresh normal lung tissue from lung cancer resec-tion were selected , then the level of IL-17 was detected by ELASA test .The average alveolar area and the pulmonary muscular artery (MA) wall thickness were detected by HE and Victoria blue-van Gieson’s stain.Besides, the ex-pression of IL-17+cells and CD4+and CD8+lymphocytes in alveolar walls , small airways and lung muscular artery (MA) was detected by immunohistochemistry .Results The downtrend of FEV1/FVC% and FEV1% of predicted value showed no significant difference between the S group and the NS group (t=1.028, 1.721,P>0.05), while they were significantly lower in the COPD group than in the S group and the NS group ( F=62.740, 81.969,P<0.001).The level of IL-17, the average alveolar area , MA wall thickness and IL-17+cells, CD4+and CD8+lympho-cytes in the alveolar walls , small airways and MA walls were significantly higher in the COPD group than in the S group and the NS group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion IL-17 plays an important pro-inflammatory role in COPD pa-tients. |
