摘 要: | ![]() 目的通过正交试验优选祛疣酊最佳渗漉提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,以丹皮酚和芍药苷含量、浸膏得率为考察指标,优选祛疣酊最佳渗漉提取工艺。结果正交试验筛选出最佳提取工艺为:加6倍量75%乙醇,浸泡24h,渗漉速度1mL/min。结论优选得到的提取工艺方法简单,药效成分提取率高,成本低。

Abstract: | ![]() Objective To optimize the extract technology of Quyou Tincture with orthogonal design. Methods With the determination of peoniflorin and paeonol and the extraction rates as indexes, the extract conditions of Quyou Tincture was optimized by orthogonal design. Results The optimal preparation process of alcohol was as foUows: adding 6 times alcohol (75%), immerse 24 hours and percolate with 1 mL/min. Conclusion The optimum extracting condition was simple, with a high extraction rate and low cost. |
