目的:了解武汉同济医院血液科病房2010年病原茵分布和耐药情况.方法:药敏试验采用K-B法,WHONET 5.4软件进行数据分析.结果:共分离致病茵153株,其中革兰阴性茵占48.4%,革兰阳性菌占26.8%,真菌占24.8%.标本主要来源为痰(34.0%),血液(28.9oo)和尿(12.4%).前3位致病菌为白色假...

Abstract:
Objective: To understand the distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogens isolated from hematological ward in Tongji hospital of Wuhan in 2010. Methods: Bacterial susceptibility test was carried out by using K-B method. Data were analyzed by WHONET 5.4 software. Results: A total of 153 clinical isolates were collected, including gram-negative bacilli (48.4%), gram-positive cocci (26.8%) and fungi (24.8%).
