| 摘 要： | 用辣根过氧化物酶标记纯化的布氏菌单克隆抗体，组成系列试剂盒，适用于布氏菌流行病学监测，布氏菌病的诊断及布氏菌属的分种分型。在工作浓度下，其敏感性ＥＬＩＳＡ直接法检测纯化的布氏菌ＬＰＳ抗原为４ｎｇ／孔，菌体抗原为０．１０５万／孔ＥＬＩＳＡ压片法，其实验动物急性期阳性率为１００％，慢性期为８０％，每盒可检测样品１０＾３个（孔）。 |

| Abstract: | The series reagent-kit was made up with burcella McAb-HRP by purified. It is suitable-use for surveillance of brucellosis,diagnose of burcellosis and indeatification of species and type for brucella. In the work concentration,the sensitivity with direct method of ELISA detected LPS antigen by pured is 4ng/foramen and antigen of bacteria body is 0. 105 ten thousands/foramen. Positive rate of acute stage of experiment animals is 100% ,chronic is 80%. Per kit can detect 103 foramens for the samples. |
