自拟清胰汤联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎对照临床观察

[目的]观察自拟清胰汤联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者分为两组,对照组30例采用常规西医治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟清胰汤胃管注入。观察两组患者治疗前后血淀粉酶恢复、尿淀粉酶恢复、腹痛消失时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间指标。两组均以7d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程判定疗效。[结果]对照组总有效率90.00%,治疗组总有效率96.70%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。治疗组血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间及腹痛消失时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间均优于对照组。[结论]自拟清胰汤联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎可以提高疗效,利于患者早期康复,值得进一步推广。

Contrast Observation in the Clinical of Intended Qingyitang Combined with Western Medicine on Acute Pancreatitis

[ Objective ] To study the clinical effect of intended Qingyitang combined with Western medicine on acute pancreatitis. [ Methods ] 60 patients were divided into two groups, 30 patients enrolled as control received regular western medical treatment, another group of 30 patients received treatment from the intended Qingyitang by nasogastric tube feeding. The recovery of blood amylase and urine amylase, the time for stopping the abdominal pain, recovery time of eating and the hospitalization was observed in the two groups before and after treatment. The two groups are determine the efficacy of one treatment for 7 days. [ Results ] The total effective rate of the control group was 90.0% ,and 96.7% of the total effective rate of the treatment group,The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. The recovery of blood amylase and urine amylase, the time for stopping the abdominal pain, recovery time of eating and the hospitalization in Treatment were better than control group. [ Conclusion ] intended Qingyitang combined with Western medicine can improve the clinical effect , conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with earlyand worth further practice.
