| 摘 要： | 本文报道16例经临床和细菌学检查证实为复数菌败血症患者,分析了其发病原因、易并发基础疾病,如血液病、恶性肿瘤、肝硬化失代偿期或应用免疫抑制疗法及化疗等。临床表现严重,病死率高,而积极控制感染,抢救感染性休克是降低病死率的重要措施。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Sixteen patients of multiple bacterial septicemia were reported and the etiology was analyzed. This disease occurred easily on the basis of some underlying conditions such as hematological diseases, malignant tumors, decompensation of liver cirrhosis and administration of immunological inhibitors or chemical therapy. It presented a severe clinical manifestation and a high fatality rate. The major procedure for reducing fatality rate is to treat infective shock. |
