重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的：观察外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对复发性阿弗他溃疡的治疗效果。方法：将轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者60例随机分为两组。治疗组30例局部外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子，对照组30例局部外用0．02％氯已定溶液。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83．00％和46．67％，在两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡有显著疗效。

The observation of clinical effect of rh-bFGF on recurrent aphthous ulcer

Objective：To observe treated effect of rh-bFGF （recombinant human basid fibroblast growtn fatcor）, on recurrirnt aphthous ulcer.Methods：60 patients with minor recurrent apthous ulcer were divided into two groups randomly.The treated group including 30 patitents was treated with rh-bFGF spay,which was spayed on the ulcer surface.The control group including 30 patients was treated with 0.02% chlorhexodine solution,which was spayed on the ulcer surface.Results： The total effective rate of the two groups was respectively 83.00% and 46.67%. There was clear difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：h has conspicuous curative effect, that rh-bFGF treat the minor recurrent aphthous ulcer.
