通痹胶囊抗炎、镇痛作用的实验研究

目的：研究通痹胶囊的抗炎作用以及镇痛作用。方法：采用经典的大鼠足趾肿胀、小鼠热板法和扭体法、腹腔毛细血管通透性、二甲苯所致耳肿胀等实验,分别观察通痹胶囊对大鼠急性慢性炎症、小鼠镇痛作用、毛细血管的通透性、耳廓肿胀度的影响。结果：通痹胶囊具有明显的抗炎作用,剂量为32．4mg/kg和45．8mg/kg2个用药组与阴性对照组相比差异有显著性（P＜0．01）;通痹胶囊也具有较好的镇痛作用,剂量分别为46．6mg/kg和65．8mg/kg2用药组与阴性对照组比较,对醋酸所致小鼠疼痛和热性疼痛有明显的镇痛作用（P＜0．05）;33．0mg/kg、46．6mg/kg和65．8mg/kg3个剂量组通痹胶囊还能显著降低小鼠腔毛血管通透性和二甲苯所致耳肿胀度（P＜0．01）。结论：通痹胶囊有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Experimental research of the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Tongbi capsule

Aim: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Tongbi capsule. Methods: To observe the effects of Tongbi capsule on inflammation and analgesia on the model rats. Results: Its anti-inflammation effects in the groups of 32. 4 mg/kg and 45. 8 mg/kg ig were significantly different from that of the control group (P<0. 01). Its analgesic effectsin the groups of 46. 6 mg/kg and 65. 8 mg/kg ig were significantly different from that of the control group (P<0. 05). Tongbi capsule could lower the capillaries permeability distinctly and the tur-gescent degrees of auris in the groups of 33. 0 mg/kg,46. 6 mg/kg and 65. 8 mg/kg ig (P<0. 01). Conclusion: It is concluded that Tongbi capsule is effective in relieving pain and extincting inflammation.
