鼻咽癌患者血清新蝶呤、sCD4与sCD8检测的意义

目的探讨血清新蝶呤、sCD4及sCD8分子水平和鼻咽癌的关系及临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法检测54例初治鼻咽低分化鳞癌治疗前、后及32例健康成人的血清新蝶呤、sCD4与sCD8分子浓度。结果鼻咽癌血清新蝶呤、sCD4及sCD8浓度高于健康对照组(P＜0.001)。不同TNM分期血清新蝶呤、sCD4及sCD8水平无差异(P＞0.05)；无淋巴结转移者血清新蝶呤低于有淋巴结转移者(P＜0.05)。治疗后新蝶呤、sCD4与sCD8水平比治疗前明显降低(P＜0.01)，仍比对照组高(P＜0.01)；治疗后6月肿瘤全消者继续保持在较低水平，肿瘤残留者则回升到治疗前水平(P＜0.01和0.05)。结论血清新蝶呤、sCD4与sCD8分子水平检测可作为鼻咽癌病情评估、疗效监测及随访的客观指标。

Measurement of Serum Neopterin and Soluble Lymphocyte Antigens(sCD4 and sCD8) in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To evaluate the relationship betwe en serum levels of neopterin and sCD4 & sCD8 antigens and nasopharyngeal carcino ma and its clinical significance.Methods:The serum levels of neopter in and sCD4 & sCD8 antigens were determined in 54 patients with nasopharyngeal c arc inoma(NPC group) and 32 healthy adults(normal group) by ELISA.Results:The serum levels of neopterin and sCD4 & sCD8 antigens in NPC group were signi ficantly higher than those in normal group(P＜0.001).The serum levels of neo pterin and sCD4 & sCD8 antigens were not related to UICC-TNM stages(P＞0.05 ).The serum neopterin levels in patients without lymph node metastasis were lowe r than those with metastasis(P＜0.05).The serum levels of neopterin and sCD4 & sCD8 antigens decreased significantly after raditoherapy(P＜0.01).C onclusion:The measurement of the serum levels of neopterin and sCD4 & sCD8 antigens in patients with nasopha ryngeal carcinoma reflects disease status and may be a useful objective index to evaluate cellular immunological functions and curative effects and prognosis.
