| 摘 要： | 目的 观察弥可保注射液穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 对 16 0例腰突症患者采用弥可保注射液穴位注射治疗的方法 ,并与 16 0例维生素 B1 2 注射液穴位注射对照组患者进行比较。结果 观察组有效率为 86 .2 5 % ,与对照组有效率 79.38%比较 ,统计学处理 P<0 .0 1,有显著差异。结论 弥可保注射液穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效明显高于维生素 B1 2 注射液穴位注射。

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection of methycobal in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Method One hundred and sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were treated by acupoint injection of methycobal, and 160 patients were treated by acupoint injection of vitamin B 12 as a control. Results The effective rate was 86.25% in the observation group and 79.38% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of acupoint injection of methycobal is better than that of acupoint injection of vitamin B 12 in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. |
