摘    要:用富钙平衡饲料和低钙偏食饲料分别饲养Wistar大鼠,并经饮水投予氟100mg/L,为期4个月,以研究钙营养对氟的骨骼毒性的影响及其作用机理。

Abstract:Effect of calcium nutrition on skeletal toxicity of fluoride and its mechanism were studied in Wis-tar rats fed on a balanced diet with adequate calcium or on a monotonous diet with low calcium and given fluoride in their drinking water (100mg/L F) for 4 months. Bone trabecula increased and thickened in metaphysis and the mumber of osteoclast increased in rats fed on an adequate calcium diet and fluoridized water. Osteomalacia, osteoporosis and accelerated bone turnover were observed with elevated serum alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin, parathyroid hormone and decreased serum Ca and plasma Ca 2+ in rats fed on a low calcium diet and fluoridized water. Milder osteomalacia and osteoporosis with obvious biochemical changes could be induced by low calcium diet itself. These results indicate that adequate calcium nutrition can antagonize most skeletal toxicity caused by fluoride - poisoning and that low calcium and high fluoride possess the same effect on forming a high bone turnover state, which may be the pathogenetic basis for calcium malnutrition to exacerbate the severity of skeletal fluorosis.
