加用比索洛尔治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的评估加用比索洛尔对西宁地区肺源性心脏病 (肺心病 )心力衰竭的疗效。方法肺心病心力衰竭患者 63例 ,随机分为两组 ,常规治疗组 33例和比索洛尔组 30例。常规治疗组予以抗感染 ,吸氧 ,解痉止喘 ,止咳化痰 ,纠正水电解质及酸碱平衡等治疗 ;比索洛尔组在常规治疗的基础上 ,加比索洛尔 1 .2 5～ 2 .5mg/d ,口服 1月为一疗程。结果治疗 1月后 ,比索洛尔组总有效率为 88.2 4 % ,常规治疗组为 68.75 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论加用比索洛尔治疗肺心病心力衰竭其疗效优于常规治疗组 ,且未发现明显的副作用。

Observation on the clinical therapeutic effect of bisoprolor in treating heart failure secondary to cor pulmonale

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of bisoprolor on heart failure secondary to cor pulmonale in Xining region.Methods 63 cases of heart failure secondary to cor pulmonale were randomly divided into two groups: routine treatment group(n=33) and bisoprolor treatment group(n=30).Routine treatment group was given antiinfection, inspiring oxygen,relieving spasm,stopping coughing,adjusting water electrolyte and acid base balance, if necessary, given small dose of diuresis and cardiac treatment, while the bisoprolor treatment group was given oral bisoprolor, 1.25 2.5mg a day, in addition to routine treatment, for a month as a course. Results One month treatment later, the overall effective rate of bisoprolor treatment group was 88.24% which was 68.75% in routine group, with a significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combination of routine therapy with bisoprolor is superior to that of routine group, which has no obvious side effect found.
