| 摘 要： | 目的：观察云南白药治疗新生儿上消化道出血的疗效。方法：将69例上消化道出血新生儿随机分为2组，治疗组34例，采用胃管灌注云南白药治疗，对照组35例采用立止血治疗，观察2组患儿呕血、便血、胃液潜血、大便潜血及腹胀等改善情况。结果：2组临床疗效相当，差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。治疗组大便稳血转阴时间及腹胀消失时间均短于对照组，差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：云南白药对新生儿上消化道出血有明显的治疗作用，尤其适用于伴有腹胀的患儿，临床观察未见不良反应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao (YB) for upper digestive tract hemorrhage of new-born (UDHN). Methods: 69 cases of UDHN were allocated to two groups randomly, treatment group (34 cases) treated by gastric perfusion YB and control group (35 cases) treated by Lizhixue. Hematemesis, hemefecia, abdominal distension and occult blood of gastric juice and stools were observed. Results: The clinical curative effect of two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05), but the time of occult stool blood turning negative and the time of abdominal distension disappearance in treatment group were shorter than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: YB possesses a marked effect for UDHN, especially for those accompanied with abdominal distension. The clinical observation showed no adverse reaction. |
