肝源性糖尿病38例临床分析

目的总结分析肝源性糖尿病的临床特点。方法对依据诊断标准确诊的38例肝源性糖尿病的临床表现,实验室检查结果以及治疗与转归进行分析。结果38例均有不同程度的乏力,食欲减退,恶心等症状,45.9%有黄疸,56.8%有腹水,只有2例有轻微多饮、多尿、多食症状。34.2%肝病与糖尿病同时出现,65.8%糖尿病在肝病后出现。62.2%血糖轻度升高,重度升高者只占10.8%,尿糖均阳性。多数患者血糖及尿糖随肝功能恢复而逐渐下降至正常。结论肝源性糖尿病多以隐性发病,临床症状较轻,预防较好。

Clinical Analysis on 38 Cases of Hepatogenous Diabetes

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of hepatogenous diabetes. Methods Analysis was carried out on 38 cases of hepatogenous diabetes on the aspects of clinical manifestations, laboratory findings and therapy. Results All the 38 patients suffered from lack of strength, anorexia and nausea to some extent. Jaundice and ascites appeared respectively in 45.9% and 56.8% of the patients. Only two patients were ill with slight polydipsia, polyuria and polyphagia. There were 34.2% of the patients whose hepatosis and diabetes occurred simultaneously, and 65.8% whose diabetes occurred after hepatosis had appeared. Also, there were 62.2% of the patients whose blood sugar levels rose slightly, and only 10.8% whose levels rose severely. Positive uric sugar was found in all the patients. Most patients' blood and uric sugar levels declined gradually down to normal in accordance with the recovery of hapatic function.Conclusion Hepatogenous diabetes mainly began to come into being recessively with moderate clinical symptoms and good prognosis.
