150例房颤的logistic回归分析

目的　了解房颤患者的病因与危险因素。方法　对 15 0例房颤进行logistic回归分析。 结果　持续性房颤的左房内径、左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径与阵发性房颤比较差异均有高度显著性 (P均 <0 .0 1)。与左室增大、心衰程度加重、器质性心脏病、年龄以及房颤持续时间呈正相关。结论　左房内径大小、心功能分级、器质性心脏病以及房颤持续时间是阵发性房颤发展为持续性房颤的加速因素 ,贡献率排序为左房内径、心功能分级、是否有器质性心脏病、房颤持续时间。

The logistic regression analysis of 150 patients with atrial fibrillation

Objective To study the cause an d risk factors of patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods The logistic regression analysis had been done in 150 patients with atrial fibrillation. Results In comparison of t he left atrium diameter, left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventri cular end systolic diameter in perpetual atrial fibrillation to those in paroxys mal atrial fibrillation, there were statistically significant differences (all P<0.01). It has positive correlation to left ventricular englargement, heart failure exacerbation, organic heart disease, age and the lasting time of atrial fibrillation. Conclusion The left atrial diame ter, heart function grading, organic heart disease, and the lasting time of atri al fibrillation are the accelerated factors from paroxysmal fibrillation to perp ectual atrila fibrillation. The contribution cohort is left atrium diameter, hea rt function grading, with or without organic heart disease and the perpetual tim e of atrial fibrillation.
