CT和MRI在诊断急性脑梗死中的对比研究

目的探讨CT和MRI在诊断急性脑梗死方面的特点和优势，以更好地指导临床应用。方法回顾性分析本院2010年6月～2011年9月72例急性脑梗死患者的CT和MRI图像，探讨二者的诊断效果和意义。结果CT显示梗死病灶65个，检出患者32例；MRI显示梗死病灶151个，检出患者49例。MRI显示病灶的敏感度是CT的2．32倍，MRI检出率（68％）明显优于CT检出率（44％），差异具有统计学意义。结论MRI诊断急性脑梗死效果显著，可与CT一起作为急性脑梗死的最佳影像诊断方法。

Contrastive study on CT and MRI diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the characteristic and advantage of CT and MRI in diagnosing acute cerebral infarction,so as to guide clinical application better.Methods CT and MRI images of 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 2010 to September 2011 were retrospectively studied to discuss the diagnostic effect and significance of the two methods.Results Sixty five infarction focuses were shown on CT and 32 patients were detected by CT while 151 infarction focuses were shown on MRI and 49 patients were detected by MRI.Sensitivity of MRI was 2.32 times of CT on showing infarction focuses and detection rate of MRI(68%) was obvious superior to CT(44%).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion MRI has a significant effect in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and it can be served as the best imaging diagnostic method along with CT.
