眼球病变的CT分析与B超诊断

目的探讨眼球病变的CT分析与B超诊断的临床价值。方法选取本院2010年2月～2011年10月收治的眼球病变患者23例,所有患者均行CT检查和B超检查,比较两种诊断方法的临床价值。结果 CT诊断出视网膜母细胞瘤患者6例、眼球内肿块合并钙化患者10例、玻璃体增生症患者2例、Coat病患者5例。B超诊断出视网膜母细胞瘤患者5例、眼球内肿块合并钙化患者9例、玻璃体增生症患者2例、Coat病患者4例。两种检查方法比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 CT与B超均是诊断眼球病变的重要检查方法,显示眼球内肿块合并钙化诊断时CT好于B超,检查眼球疾病可以CT为主,B超为辅助验证手段。

CT analysis and B ultrasound diagnosis of eye disease

Objective To investigate the clinical values of CT analysis and B ultrasound diagnosis of eye disease.Methods Twenty three patients with eye disease were selected in the hospital from February 2010 to October 2011.All patients were examined with CT and B ultrasound examination.Clinical value was compared between two diagnostic methods.Results Six patients with retinoblastoma,10 patients with intraocular mass with calcification,2 patients with vitreous hyperplasia,5 patients with Coat disease were diagnosed by CT.5 patients with retinoblastoma,9 patients with intraocular mass with cal cification,2 patients with vitreous hyperplasia,4 patients with Coat disease were diagnosed by B ultrasound.The differ ences were not statistically significant between the two methods(P > 0.05).Conclusion Both CT and B ultrasound diagnosis are important examination methods of eye disease.CT analysis is better than B ultrasound diagnosis in diagnosis of in traocular mass with calcification.Eye disease can be mainly checked with CT,while B ultrasound can be as the auxiliary means.
