肺泡蛋白沉积症大容量全肺灌洗术的麻醉管理3例

目的探讨肺泡蛋白沉积症患者全肺灌洗术的麻醉管理。方法 3例肺泡蛋白沉积症患者在双腔气管插管全麻下进行6次全肺灌洗术。结果全肺灌洗术中双肺隔离满意,灌洗后动脉血氧分压和脉搏氧饱和度均有一定程度改善。但在灌洗期间,灌洗时脉搏氧饱和度要明显高于引流时。结论肺泡蛋白沉积症患者全肺灌洗术中,双腔气管插管全麻是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法。

Anesthesia management during massive whole lung lavage for 3 cases with pulmonary alveolar proteinosis

Objective To evaluate the anesthesia management durillg lung lavage for patients with whole lung lavage proteinosis.Methods Three cases of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis in patients received 6 times the massive whole lung lavage undervenous double-lumen endobronchial intubation anesthesia.Results The isolated lung in the whole lung lavage was satisfactory.Compared with preoperation,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and SpO2 improved significantly after pulmonary alveolar.Rather,it should be more important to notice that the SpO2 improved significantly in the irrigation than the drainage.Conclusion Double-lumen endobronchial intubation anesthesia in patients with pulmonary alveolar proteinosis lung lavage is safe and effective procedure.
