前列腺素E1联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变50例观察

目的探讨前列腺素E1针联合甲钴胺针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选择2009年12月～2011年12月本院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例，并随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予常规治疗，观察组给予前列腺素E1针联合甲钴胺针治疗，对照组给予维生素B12注射液治疗。结果经治疗后，观察组右侧腓肠神经感觉支传导速度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论前列腺素E1针联合甲钴胺针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著，值得借鉴。

Observation of prostaglandin E1 combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 50 cases

Objective To explore the clinical effect of prostaglandin E1 combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods One hundred cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy received in our hospital were selected from December 2009 to December 2011,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Conventional treatment were given to two groups.Prostaglandin E1 ombined with mecobalamin was used to observation group,the control group was given vitamin B12 injection.Results Conduction speed of the right sural nerve sensory branch in observation group after treatment is higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the total efficiency rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significant effect,and is worth to draw lessons from.
