铜绿假单胞菌感染50例临床分析

目的:了解住院患者并发铜绿假单胞菌(PA)感染危险因素和耐药情况。方法:对我院近2年收治的急危重患者及恶性肿瘤患者中并发PA感染的50例患者的临床情况进行回顾性分析。结果:PA感染最常见于恶性肿瘤、烧伤及急危重患者,白细胞下降、低蛋白血症及侵入性操作是PA感染的危险因素,对一、二、三代头孢类药效较低,耐药性高。结论:PA为条件致病菌,且耐药高,疗效及预后差。预防白细胞下降、增强机体免疫力及根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗生素可防治医院患PA感染。

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases with Infection by Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
