重庆市中学生社会支持与焦虑情绪的关联性——应对方式的中介效应

摘    要:目的 探究中学生的应对方式、社会支持和焦虑情绪的关系及其中介效应。方法 采用社会支持问卷、儿童焦虑性问卷,简易应对方式问卷调查1 573名中学生,采用SPSS 26.0和AMOS结构方程模型分析。结果 中学生焦虑的检出人数有601人(38.2%)。社会支持与焦虑情绪呈显著负相关,与积极应对方式呈显著正相关,与消极应对方式呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。社会支持对焦虑情绪的直接效应显著(Z = 0.296,P<0.05),应对方式在社会支持和焦虑情绪间的中介效应显著(Z = 0.158,P<0.05),中介贡献率为34.83%。结论 重庆市中学生的社会支持与焦虑情绪相关,应对方式在其中存在中介效应。应加强中学生社会支持性环境的建立和应对方式指导,有效减缓焦虑症状。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between coping style, social support, and anxiety of middle school students and its mediating effect. Methods In total 1 573 middle school students were investigated by social support questionnaire, children’s anxiety questionnaire and simple coping style questionnaire, and analyzed by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS structural equation model. Results A total of 601 students (38.2%) had anxiety disorders. Social support was significantly inversely correlated with anxiety. Social support had a positive correlation with positive coping style and negative correlation with negative coping style (P<0.01). Social support had a significant direct effect on anxiety (Z=0.296, P<0.05), coping style had a significant mediating effect on social support and anxiety (Z=0.158, P<0.05), and the mediating contribution rate was 34.83%. Conclusion Social support of middle school students in Chongqing is related to anxiety, and coping style has a mediating effect. It is necessary to strengthen the establishment of social supportive environment and the guidance of coping styles for middle school students to effectively alleviate anxiety symptoms.
