后疫情时代高校医院感染管理人才培养初探

医院感染是全球重要的公共卫生问题，当前我国医院感染管理工作虽取得了一定成绩，但在人才队伍建设上仍存在不足。四川大学华西公共卫生学院与华西医院联合设立了预防医学专业医院感染管理创新班建设项目，在预防医学本科专业后期分流医院感染管理方向，积极探索建立医院感染防控专业人才培养机制。经首轮教学周期实践，建议可在建立多学科医院感染管理教学研究中心、设立公共卫生医院感染管理硕博点、出版医院感染管理国家规范教材、打造医院感染管理实践教学平台等方面进行深入探索，推动医院感染管理可持续发展。

A preliminary study on personnel training of nosocomial hospital infection management in post-epidemic era

Nosocomial infection is an important public health issue in the world. Although nosocomial infection management has made some achievements in China, there are still deficiencies in qualified personnel team. To solve this, a joint program held by West China School of Public Health and West China Hospital of Sichuan University has been set up to explore a training mechanism for professionals in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. During this program, nosocomial infection education has been integrated into the late stage of preventive medicine bachelor program. To promote the sustainable development of nosocomial infection, it is suggested to establish a multidisciplinary nosocomial infection teaching and research center, set up master or doctor program in nosocomial infection, publish national standard textbooks, and build a practical teaching platform.
