175例女性不孕症的中医辨证分型与宫腔镜诊断关系之探讨

目的：初步研究了中医辨证分型与宫腔镜诊断之间的关系,方法：对175例肾阴虚,肾阳虚,肝郁型,痰湿型及血瘀型妇性不孕症患者进行宫腔镜观察,结果：发现各型患者宫脸形态呈多种改变,但同一病例中存在着某一特征为主的形态改变,结论：宫腔形态变倾的中医辨证分型间存在着一定的关系。

Relationship Between TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Diagnosis with Hysteroscope in 175 Female Patients with Infertility

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis with hysteroscope. METHOD Hysteroscopy was performed with 175 female patients with infertility of different types, i.e. deficiency of kidney yin, deficiency of kidney yang, liver depression, phlegm-damp type and blood stasis type. RESULT It was discovered that although the uterine cavity varied in form in different types of patients, patients with the same type of the disease had morphological changes with a certain distinctive feature. CONCLUSION There exists the relationship between the morphological changes of the uterine cavity and the TCM syndrome differentiation.
