某医院军队伤病员住院疾病谱分析

目的 了解某部队医院军队伤病员的疾病构成,分析疾病构成的变化趋势.方法 抽取军队伤病员15776例,应用卡方检验和有序表的线性趋势检验对疾病构成比差异及时间变化趋势进行分析.结果 军队伤病员住院主要疾病为心血管病、上呼吸道感染、脑血管病和恶性肿瘤.肺部感染、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征有增多趋势,糖尿病有减少趋势.结论 通过医院军队伤病员住院主要疾病和变化趋势的研究,为医院做好医疗资源合理分配,履行好军人就医保障任务,提供了依据.

Analysis of disease composition of military inpatients in one hospital

Objective To find the disease composition of military inpatients in one military hospital and analyze the vari- ational trend of it. Methods Sampling 15 776 military inpatient, applying the statistical method of the chi-square test to analyze the difference of disease composition and the test of linear tendency to analyze variational trend of it. Results The primary dis- eases of military inpatients are cardiovascular disease, upper respiratory infection, cerebrovascular disease and malignancy. The in- cidence of OSAS and pulmonary infection increase,The incidence of diabetes mellitus decrease. Conclusion Through investiga- ting the trend and incidence of military inpatient of hospital, We can distribute hospital resource accurately and fulfil medical treatment assignment commendably.
