| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑血管病患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）水平的变化及其与疾病严重程度的关系。方法测定120例急性脑梗死、130例脑出血患者和90名健康人血清hs-CRP的含量，按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准对患者进行评分，分组比较。结果血清CRP水平脑梗死组、脑出血组明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．001），脑梗死组与脑出血组比较无差异（P〉0．05）。无论脑梗死组还是脑出血组，组内比较轻、中、重型患者血清hs-CRP水平差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血清hs—CRP水平增高与脑血管病的发生和严重程度有密切关系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of the serum level of highly sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with cerebrovaseular disease and its relationship to the severity of disease.Methods The serum level of hs-CRP in 120 patients with acute infarction and 130 patients with acute hemorrhage and 90 healthy persons were determined.All the patients were scored by clinic neurological deficit scale (NDS) ,and compared in groups.ResultsThe serum level of hs-CRP in the patients were significantly higher than that in normal controls (P ＜ 0.001) and it were significantly higher in the serious group than in the middle and mild groups (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The serum level of hs-CRP is closely correlated with the severity of cerebrovascular disease. |
