| 摘 要： | 对５７例感染性心内膜炎病例的主要死因作回顾性分析，其住院病死率为１８．１％，死于心力衰竭，脑出血，心律失常，多器官功能衰竭者分别为４５．６％，１７．５％，１２．３％，８．８％，因脑出血病死者较多，可能与人工瓣膜炎使用华弗令剂量不当有关。

| Abstract: | 57 cases of patients died from infective endocarditis (IE) in our hospital during July, 1989 ~ July, 1997 were analyzed retrospectively to observe the main death cause. The mortality was 18. 1% in the hospital. The main death causes were: heart failure (45.6%), cerebral hemorrhage (17 .5%), arrhythmia (12.3%) and multiple organ failure (8.8%). A relatively high mortality caused by cerebral hemorrhage in our study suggested using warfarin inproperly in Patients with prostheric value endocarditis. |
