| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧(HBO)对中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗近期疗效的影响.方法采用随机分组对照,比较单纯应用丝裂霉素(MMC)、长春碱酰胺(VDS)、顺铂(DDP)联合化疗方案(MVP方案)化疗和HBO与MVP方案联合治疗对中晚期NSCLC的疗效.结果HBO组的有效率为68.42%;对照组的有效率为33.33%,上述两组的有效率有明显的统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论HBO能明显提高中、晚期NSCLC的化疗疗效,且无明显增加化疗的毒副作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on the short-term effect of chemotherapy in patients with medium and late stages non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Randomized grouping and group contrast study were used.The curative effects of simple MVP chemotherapy program with mitomyin C,vindesine and cisplatin and that of HBO combined with MVP treatments were compared.Results The effective rate of HBO group was 68.42% and that of control group was 33.33%.There was significant statistical difference(P<0.05) between the two groups.Conclusions HBO treatment could increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy in patients with medium and late stages non-small cell lung cancer while not increase its side-effects. |
