| 摘 要： | 目的:观察左氧氟沙星对耐多药肺结核的疗效。方法:42例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为治疗组23例和对照组19例,化疗方案分别为3DKEThV/15DEThV,3DKETh/15DETh,观察两组痰菌阴转、病变吸收情况。结果:治疗组23例取得痰菌阴转率和病灶吸收率分别为78.26%、86.95%明显高于对照组19例的47.37%、57.89%(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合其他化疗药物治疗耐多药肺结核效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of levofloxacin on treating MDR-TB. Method 42 cases with MDR-TB were randomly devided into two groups ,23 of them was study group ,the rest was control group.The therapies for two groups were 3DKEThV/15 DKEThV,3DKETh/15DETh respectively,then we observed changes in sputum negative rates and rates of focus absorption. Results The sputum negative rates(78.26%) and rates of focus absorption(86.95%)in study group were obviously higher than that of 47.37% and 57.89% in control(P<0.05). Conclusion The significant results were achieved when choosing levofloxacin combined with other medicine for treating MDR-TB enforcedly. |
