血液内科学教学中注重学生临床综合能力培养的探讨

摘    要:目的 利用高等医学院校的科研优势,通过教学与科研结合,提高血液内科学教学质量.方法 汕头大学医学院在2004级七年制临床医学专业64名学生的血液内科学临床见习教学中,将学生分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用注重临床综合能力培养的教学方式,对照组采用讲授理论知识为主的传统教学方式,见习结束后对两组学生进行理论知识与实践技能操作考核,两组考核方式和考核内容相同.同时,对实验组学生进行相关问卷调查.结果 实验组学生理论知识和实践技能操作考核的平均成绩均高于对照组学生;实验组学生撰写的4篇临床科研小论文在国内的综合性医学学术期刊发表.实验组大部分学生对新教学模式的效果表示肯定.结论 注重临床综合能力培养的教学方式不仅能够培养学生的临床能力和科研能力,提高了教学质量,而且促进了教师教学水平的提高.

Abstract:Objective To improve the quality of hematology teaching by using the advantage of scientific research of medical institutions and the combination of teaching and scientific research. Methods In hematology teaching, 64 students from grade 2004 in seven-year program in Medical College of Shantou University were divided into experimental group and control group. Experiment group used the teaching method which focused on the cultivation of clinical comprehensive ability, while control group used the traditional teaching method which focused on theoretical knowledge. Examinations on the theories and practical skills were performed to evaluate the two teaching methods when the study finished. The methods and contents of assessment were same in two groups. A questionnaire was given to the students of experiment group. Results It showed that the average scores of examinations on theories and practical skills of experiment group were higher than those of control group. Four clinical research papers written by the students of experiment group were recruited and published in the national medical comprehensive journals. Most of students in the experimental sroup present a positive view on the achievements of the new teaching model.Conclusions The teaching method which focuses on the cultivation of clinical comprehensive ability not only trained the ability of students in clinical and scientific research, but also improved the quality of teaching. It had a certain effect on improving the teachers' teaching skills.
