早发型重度子痫前期的临床特点分析

目的探讨早发型重度子痫前期的临床特点。方法回顾性分析重度子痫前期265例的临床资料，按其发病的孕周分为：〈32周的为早发型组有75例，≥132周的为晚发型共190例。比较两组孕妇基本情况、生育史、部分临床指标及辅助检查结果、围生儿情况。结果对比分析两组中有定期产检者的比例、孕妇有自觉症状者的比例、有严重高血压、蛋白尿、大量胸水、腹水者的比例，其组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对比分析两组中发生严重并发症的比例、围生儿死亡率，其组间差异有统计学意义；对比分析两组孕妇年龄、基础血压、孕产次，其组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论与晚发型重度子痫前期相比，早发型重度子痫前期具有病情重、并发症多、围生儿死亡率高的临床特点。

Analysis of the Clinical Features of Early Onset Severe Pre-eclampsia

Objective To study the clinical features of early onset severe pre-eclampsia. Methods With retrospective analysis of clinical data of 265 early onset severe pre-eclampsia cases, they were divided into two groups according to pathogenic weeks of gestation： 〈32 weeks, 75 cases in the early onset group; 1〉32 weeks, 190 cases in the late onset group. The basic information, childbearing history, partial clinical indexes, diagnostic examination and prenatal infant were compared. Results With comparative analysis of rate of pregnant women with regular check, subjective symptom, severe hypertension, proteinuria, mass hydrothorax and ascite, there were differences in statistics between two groups（P〈 0.05）; with comparative analysis of rate of pregnant women with severe complications, perinatal infant mortality, there were differences in statistics between two groups; with comparative analysis of age, basic blood pressure, times of pregnancy and delivery of pregnant women, there were no differences in statistics between groups two （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Comparing with late onset severe pre-eclampsia, early onset severe pre-eclampsia is characterized in clinical features like severe pathogenetic conditions, more complications, high perinatal infant mortality.
