| 摘 要： | 目的 讨论中医平肝益精方治疗干眼症的护理.方法 回顾性分析2011年6月1日至2012年6月30日在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院中医科确诊为干眼症60例患者的中药治疗及护理过程.结果 治疗4周后随访,总有效率76.67％.治疗后泪液流量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜染色、眼部症状积分,与治疗前比较,差异统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 针对患者进行细心周到的护理措施,对患者康复、减轻身心痛苦具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the nursing method of Pingganyijing Decoction on patients with dry eye.Methods：The data of clinical treatment and nursing procedures in patients with dry eye from June 1st,2011 to June 30,2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：After 4 weeks treatment,the general effective rate was 76.67％.The corneal fluorescein staining,the tear break-up time （BUT）,the quantity of tears and the symptom score were extremely improved after treatment （P＜ 0.01）.Conclusion：Comprehensive and attentive nursing measures plays a vital role in promoting the rehabilitation and reducing the physical and mental suffering for patients. |
