碘普罗胺注射液致严重过敏性休克1例

1例53岁肝硬化女性患者，于肝脏CT增强扫描前静脉注射碘普罗胺注射液，7 min后，出现胸闷、气促，随后昏迷。经输液、补充电解质、抗过敏治疗后，患者转入ICU继续观察治疗；最终患者恢复神志，转危为安。予以报道，提醒临床使用时，注意不良反应的发生。

One Case of Severe Anaphylactic Shock Caused by Iopromide Injection

A 53-year-old woman with liver cirrhosis was given iopromide injection by i.v. before the enhancement CT scan of liver. Seven minutes after the injection, her chest tightness, and shortness of breath happened and then she went into coma. Through the treatment with fluid replacement,electrolyte supplement and antiallergic drug and observing in the ICU, the patient restored the consciousness. The report serves as a reminder that attention should be paid to the adverse reactions in the clinical use of such drugs.
