补肾活血法预防宫腔镜电切术后宫腔黏连

目的观察补肾活血类中药在宫腔镜电切术后预防宫腔黏连的临床效果。方法对28例子宫纵隔及宫腔黏连的患者采用宫腔镜电切术,术后采用中药补肾活血法联合戊酸雌二醇口服治疗3个月。结果 24例月经恢复正常,宫腔形态正常,痊愈率85.71%;3例月经恢复,宫腔形态基本恢复,但月经量稍少;1例无效,术后宫腔再黏连,但黏连程度较术前明显减轻(Ⅳ度变为Ⅱ度),总有效率达到96.43%以上。其中有生育要求者19例,成功妊娠至足月分娩的13例,妊娠失败率为31.58%。结论补肾活血法在预防宫腔镜电切术后宫腔黏连方面具有明显优势,不良反应少,有较好的应用前景。

Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation to Prevent Intrauterine Adhesions after Hysteroscopic Resection: Clinical Observation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of prevention of intrauterine adhesions tonifying kidney and promoting blood circukuien method herbs in hysteroscopic surgery.Methods 28 patients with mediastinal uterus and uterine cavity adhesion by hysteroscopic resection,postoperative combined estradiol valerate oral treatment for 3 months with tonifying kidney and promoting blood circukuien method method.Results 24 cases of menstmation returned to normal,the normal form of uterine cavity,the cure rate was 85.71%;3 patients resumed menstruation,uterine cavity shape recovery of menstruation,but slightly less;1 cases were ineffective,of uterus cavity adhesion,but the degree of adhesion alleviated（Ⅳ degree to Ⅱ degrees）, the total effective rate up to 96.43%.19 of them have fertility requirements,13 cases of successful pregnancy to full- term pregnancy,a failure rate of 31.58%.Conclusion Tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation method has obvious advantages in the prevention of hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesions,less adverse reactions,clinical apphcation has a good prospect.
