金黄散联合痊愈妥薄片加冰敷治疗皮下血肿

目的观察金黄散联合痊愈妥薄片加冰敷治疗皮下血肿的临床疗效,探讨在最短时间内有效促进皮下血肿吸收的新方法。方法将各种穿刺失败后形成皮下血肿的患者经评估后采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组21例采用如意金黄散加冰敷治疗,实验组22例在对照组基础上再联合痊愈妥薄片治疗。每日观察并记录患者的疼痛、发热,血肿消退的时间,并进行对比。结果实验组和对照组治疗14 d后,皮下血肿治愈率分别为95.45%和66.67%;1~3 d、4~6 d、7~14 d等3个时间段内,实验组与对照组疗效差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金黄散联合痊愈妥薄片加冰敷治疗皮下血肿效果显著。

Treatent of Ecchymoma with Jinhuang Pulvis Combined with Quanyu Tuobao Pill Plus Ice Combress

Objective To study the method which efficiently promote absorption of hematoma within the shortest possible time.Method The patients with subcutaneous hematoma after defeat of puncture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with jinhuang Pulvis and ice compress.The experimental group was treated with jinhuang Pulvis,ice compress and quanyu tuobao pill.Pain and fever of patients,time of the hematoma regression were recorded and compared daily,respectively.Results After 14 days,recovery rate of subcutaneous hematoma in experimental group and control group was 95.45%and 66.67%,respectively.Within 1-3 d,4- 6 d and 7-14 d,there was significant difference between experimental group and control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There was a marked effectiveness treated jinhuang pulvis,ice compress and quanyu tuobao pill for subcutaneous hematoma,and the method deserved to extend clinical application.
