| 摘 要： | 目的观察急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗的疗效和临床价值。方法选择无溶栓禁忌的急性心肌梗死患者50例，应用国产尿激酶150万U加生理盐水100ml，〈30min静脉滴完，溶栓后常规给予低分子肝素。结果溶栓治疗冠状动脉再通率为68．0％；再通率与发病距溶栓的时间有关，发病距溶栓〈6h再通率达75．0％。结论急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗疗效确切，仍具有较大的临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction. Methods 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction were chosen without contraindication. The domestic urokinase 1500000U in 0.9% 100ml physiologic saline was intravenous dripped in 30 minutes. After the thrombolytic therapy, Low Molecular Heparin was given conventionally. Results The reperfusion rate of coronary artery was 68% and it was 75% within six hours. Conclusions The result of thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction is definitive and valuable. |
