| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨髓基质干细胞的制备方法以及用于治疗的研究现状。方法阅读国内外大量相关文献，加以归纳总结，得出结论。结果骨髓基质干细胞具有分化潜能，易于取材及体外培养扩增，可以作为种子细胞，用于骨缺损等的修复有良好的应用前景。结论骨髓基质干细胞是良好的种子细胞，很有可能用于临床。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the preparative method of M SC and the feasibility of bone defect therapy by means of M SC. Method Look up and summarize a great of relevant documents ,draw a conclusion .Results MSC have potentiality of differentiation, is easy to make use of, culture and amplify in vitro, MSC can treat bone defect Conclusions MSC is favourable seed-cell,it can take part in clinical therapy. |
