外源性一氧化氮对快速进入高原现场幼猪氧代谢动力学的影响观察

摘    要:目的了解吸入外源性一氧化氮(Nitric OXide,NO)对快速进入高原现场幼猪(其情形近似于急性高原病患者)氧代谢动力学的影响。方法利用右心漂浮导管法对快速进入高原现场幼猪吸入外源性NO前后氧代谢动力学的变化情况进行比较观察。结果吸入NO后,快速进入高原现场幼猪肺动脉平均压(mPAP)、肺血管阻力(PVR)、肺内分流(Qs/Qt)显著降低;心输出量(CO)、氧输送量(DO2)、氧消耗量(VO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)显著升高;以上各指标均P〈0.01;氧摄取率(O2Ext)无明显变化。结论吸入外源性NO能显著降低快速进入高原幼猪的PVR,并通过增加CO而提高组织的DO2、VO2和SaO2,从而显著改善幼猪机体组织因缺氧引起的氧代谢障碍,其对急性缺氧有着积极的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of inhale exterior Nitric Oxide(NO)on oxygen metabolism dynamics of little pigs which are airlifted to plateau quickly(the situation is very similar to Patient suffered from acute high mountain disease).Methods Using the right cardiac catheter,the Values of hemodynamics and blood-gas were observed in those acute hypoxia pigs which breathed exterior NO.Results After inhale exterior NO,the values of mean pulmonary arteria pressure(mPAP),Pulmonary Vascular Resistance(PVR),intrapulmonary shunt(Qs/Qt)of acute hypoxia pigs are significantly decline;Heart output(CO),Oxygendelivery(DO_2),oxygen consumption(VO_2),SaO_2 significantly improved;each index P<0.01;Oxygen Entraction in rabbits(O_ 2Ext )has little change.Conclusion Inhale exterior NO can significantly reduce PVR of little pigs which are airlifted to plateau short time ago,and increase CO,through the increase of DO_2,VO_2,SaO_2,the obstruction of oxygen metabolism because of lack of oxygen can be improved,and benefit the cure of the acute high mountain disease.
