益母草注射液对冠心病患者及大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的治疗作用

摘    要:目的:观察益母草注射液对冠心病(CHD)患者及大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤并发心律失常的治疗作用。方法:80例CHD并频发室性期前收缩患者等分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组用益母草注射液15 ml于5%葡萄糖液250ml中静脉滴注,对照组用ATP 20mg,辅酶A(CoA)100 U,维生素C 1.0 g,维生素B60.1 g于5%葡萄糖250 ml中静脉滴注,疗程为2周。20只SD大鼠制成心肌缺血再灌注模型,等分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组于心肌缺血5 min后静脉注入益母草注射液(0.8 mg/100 g)。于治疗前及治疗后患者及大鼠均做心电图检查。结果:CHD并发室性期前收缩患者治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为52.5%(P<0.05)。大鼠再灌注心律失常发生率治疗组为20.0%,对照组为90.0%(P<0.01)。结论:益母草注射液对CHD及心肌缺血再灌注时并发心律失常有良好的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of herba leonuri Injection (HLI) on arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart diseases (CHD) and in rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI). Methods: 1. Clinical data: Eighty CHD patients with frequent ventricular premature beats (extrasystoles) were divided equally into the HLI treated group and the control group. Fifteen ml of HLI 250 ml of 5% glucose solution was transfused once a day in HLI group, and 20 mg of ATP, lOOu of CoA, 1 g of vit C and 0. 1 g of vitB 6 in 5% 250 ml glucose solution was in fused once a day in control group. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. 2. Experimental data: Twenty sd rats prepared as MIRI model, were equally divided into HLI treated group and control group. HLI (0. 8 mg/100 g) was injected slowly 5 min after in treated group. The ECG changes were observed before and after treatment in patients and in rats. Results: The effective rate was 87. 5% in the LHI group and 52. 5% in the control group ( P <0. 05) in CHD patients. The rate of reperfusion arrhythmia was 20. 0% in HLI group and 90% in control group in rats ( P <0. 01). Conclusion: It is suggested that HLI can significantyly treat the arrhythmia in patients with CHD and in rats after MIRI.
