股骨头缺血性坏死影像学诊断的研究进展

股骨头缺血性坏死(ONFH)是由不同原因导致的股骨头血供中断及缺氧而引起的髋关节退行性骨性关节炎,继而造成股骨头塌陷。ONFH严重影响人们的日常生活,如发现不及时,往往需要手术治疗。影像学在其诊断和治疗后随访中起着重要的作用,包括X线平片、CT、磁共振成像、超声检查以及核医学检查等。该文将ONFH的影像学诊断新进展予以综述,以期对ONFH的临床治疗提供指导作用。

Research Progress in Imaging Diagnosis of Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head（ONFH） is a degenerative arthritis of the hip joint caused by disruption of blood supply and subsequent hypoxia due to different etiologies,which may lead to the subsequent collapse of the femoral head.ONFH seriously affects patients＇daily life,if not treated in time,surgical treatments are inevitable.Imaging examinations,including X-ray,CT,MRI,ultrasound and nuclear medicine examinations etc.,play an important role in the diagnosis and follow-up after treatment of ONFH.Here is to make a review of the recent advances in imaging diagnosis of ONFH in order to provide guidance for the clinical practice.
