硝普钠联合多巴胺在急性心力衰竭患者中的应用及效果

目的探讨并分析硝普钠联合多巴胺在急性心力衰竭治疗中的临床疗效。方法选择佛山市第五人民医院急诊科2010年2月至2013年2月收治的98例急性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,将急性心力衰竭患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予硝普钠,试验组患者则在上述治疗的基础上加用多巴胺,比较两组的临床疗效、血浆C反应蛋白、脑钠肽含量、每搏输出量和左心室射血分数情况。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(97.96%vs83.67%)(P<0.05);试验组患者血浆C反应蛋白、脑钠肽含量显著低于对照组[(2.31±1.36)mg/L vs(3.87±1.01)mg/L]、[(219.19±56.48)pg/L vs(291.31±51.32)pg/L](P<0.05);试验组患者每搏输出量和左心室射血分数显著高于对照组[(79.38±8.31)mL vs(69.13±8.35)mL]、[(55.21±8.96)%vs(43.29±9.18)%](P<0.05)。结论硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗急性心力衰竭临床疗效确切,具有安全高效和不良反应少等特点。

The Application Effect on Acute Heart Failure Patients by Sodium Nitrate Combined with Dopamine

To investigate the application effect on acute heart failare gationis by sodium nitrate combined with dopamine. Methods Ninety-eight acute heart failure patients department in Foshan City Fifth People＇s Hospital from feb 2010 to Feb.2013 were objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,patients in the control group were given sodium nitrate on the basis of conventional treatmebie while patients in the observation group were added with dopamine on the basis of the control group＇s treatment, the clinicalefficacy,C-reactive-proiein in the plasma, B-type brain natriuretic peptide, stroke volume and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the comtrol group （97.96%）vs83.67%,P〈0.05） , the plasma level of C-reactive protein and B-type[（2.31 ±1.36） mg/Lvs（3.87 ± 1.01） mg,/L,（219. 19±56.48） pg/L vs（291.31 ±51.32） pg/L.P 〈 0.05 ], the stroke w〉lume and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group were significanll） higher than that of the control group [ （79.38 ± 8.31 ） mL vs （ 69.13 ± 8.35 ） mL, （55.21 ± 8.96 ） %, （43.29 ±9.18）% ,P〈0.05]. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of sodium nitrate combined with dope mine for acute heart failure is definite, with the features of safe, effective and less adverse reactions.
