基因芯片技术在感染性疾病研究中的应用

摘    要:
基因芯片技术是现代生物研究技术中较为先进的技术之一,以极高的密度将特定的寡核苷酸片段或基因片段排列在片基上,与荧光标记的样本按碱基配对的原理同步杂交,可对基因的序列或功能进行研究。基因芯片技术具有高通量、微型化和较好的可对比性特点,在感染性疾病的检测、诊断、耐药性、致病机制方面的研究不断发展,前景广阔。该文就基因芯片技术在感染性疾病研究中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:
The Gcne chip technology is one of the more advanced modern biological technologies, with very high density of specific oligonucleotide fragment or gene fragments arrayed on the chip, to hybridize with fluorescent labeled samples according to the principle of base pairing. It can be used to study gene sequences or functions. It has the characteristics of high content, micromation and better comparability. The application of this technology continues to develop, and has broad prospects in detection and diagnosis, drug-resistance research and pathogenic mechanism research of infectious diseases. Here is to make a review of the application of gene chip in the infectious disease research.
