中西药物合用的药动学相互作用及机制

随着疾病谱的变化,中西药物合用的机会越来越多,相互作用的概率越来越高,相互作用的结果有时会改变合用药动学(体内过程),即能够使合用药物的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄的一个或多个环节发生变化,进而改变其血药浓度、组织分布、临床疗效、不良反应,有时甚至发生毒性反应。凡疗效增强、不良反应减少、毒性降低的合用,临床加以利用,反之则应避免。以期提高中西药物合用的有效性、安全性,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。

Pharmacokinetic Interaction and the Mechanisms of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicines

Along with the changes of disease spectrum, there are more and more opportunities for Chinese and western medicine combination, and there is higher risk for the interaction between Chinese and western medicine. The result of the interaction sometimes changes the phartnacokinetic （in vivo）, which cart make the changes in one or more links in drug absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion, then change the drug concentration in blood, tissue distribution, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, or even toxic reaction. Where the curative effect is increased, adverse reaction is decreased the application should be promoted; otherwise should be avoided, in order to improve the effectiveness and safety of combined application of Chinese and western medicine, and provide scientific basis for rational clinical drug use.
