脑钠肽临床应用的研究进展

摘    要:脑钠肽是心室肌细胞合成和分泌的一种多肽类神经激素,是反映左心室功能的一项敏感指标。目前脑钠肽水平在诊断心力衰竭及评估心力衰竭预后方面已经被大家认可,但因其是非特异性指标,故在呼吸困难及肺动脉高压等疾病的病因诊断及鉴别诊断方面仍然在进一步的研究中。血浆中的脑钠肽水平可用于心功能不全的诊断、急诊呼吸困难的鉴别诊断、多种心血管疾病的预后评估等。该文就脑钠肽的生物学特性及其临床应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:Brain natfiuretic peptide (BNP) is a polypeptide neurohormonal synthesis and secretion of ventricular myoeytes, a sensitive indicator to reflect the left ventricular function. The role of concentration of bBNP in the diagnosis of heart failure and assessment of heart failure prognosis has been recognized, however its role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of dyspnea and pulmonary hypertension and other diseases is still under further research since it's not a specific index. BNP plasma level can be used for heart failure diagnosis, differential diagnosis of dyspnea in the emergency department, and prognosis assessment of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. Here reviews the biological characteristics and the clinical application progress of BNP.
