临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

目的探讨临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的效果评价。方法选取武汉科技大学附属天佑医院2009年1月至2011年12月收治的胆囊切除术患者237例,对同类手术的临床路径和非临床路径患者的医疗费用、住院天数和患者满意度进行对照分析。结果临床路径组与非临床路径组的住院总天数分别为(12.94±6.44)d和(19.22±8.00)d;住院总费用分别为(11 005.32±4243.21)元和(18 064.6±6579.29)元。进入临床路径的患者总住院天数,总费用均显著减少,患者满意度提高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径可缩短患者住院时间,降低住院费用,规范医疗行为,提高患者满意度。

The Application of Clinical Pathway in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway applied in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 237 cases of cholecystectomy patients admitted by Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan Lniversity of Science ＆ Technology during Jan.2009 and Dec.2011 were selected,and medical cost,length of hospital stay and patient satisfaction of patients with similar surgery via clinical pathway and non-clinical pathway were compared and analyzed.Results Total hospitalization days and total costs of patients entering clinical pathway were significantly reduced：the total number of hospitalization days of pathway and non-pathway group were （12.94 ± 6.44） days and （19.22 ± 8.00） day; total cost of hospitalization were （11005.32 ± 4243.21） yuan and （18064.6 ± 6579.29）yuan respectively.And patient satisfaction was improved with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical pathway can shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the cost of hospitalization,as well as standardize the medical treatment and improve patient satisfaction.
