| 摘 要： | 目前认为肺表面活性物质(PS)在急性肺损伤(ALI)中有重要意义,在ALI的发展中,由于各种因素都参与对肺的损伤,使PS减少,同时使PS的功能发生变化;反之PS减少及功能异常又加重肺损伤,如此形成恶性循环。近年来,PS替代治疗的应用范围逐渐增多,在临床治疗过程中也遇到许多新问题。该文就PS的功能、代谢特点及其在ALI中临床应用的相关问题进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Pulmonary surfactant（PS） plays an important role in the disease of acute lung injury（ALl） , during the development of ALI,lots of factors make PS decrease and change in function, on the other hand, the decrease and poor function of PS aggravates the lung injury, thus result in a vicious circle. Along with the wide application of the alternative treatment, more problems are met in clinical. Here is to make the review of the function of PS,its metabolism characterisics and the clinical application on ALl. |
