| 摘 要： | 随着冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的增加及与之相关的再灌注治疗的开展,心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)成为临床心脏病学面临的严峻挑战。心肌缺血/再灌注后施加不同的后处理方式,可有效抵抗MIRI。缺血后适应及药物后处理是对缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用的主要的后处理方式,该文将对这两类后处理方式的研究进展予以综述。 |

| Abstract: | Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury （MIRI） has become a severe challenge in clinical cardiology with the increase of coronary heart disease and the development of associated reperfusion therapy in recent years. Different approaches can be applied to effectively resist MIRI after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion. Ischemic post conditioning and pharmacologic post conditioning are main post conditioning approaches with protective effect on MIRL Here is to summarize the research progress of the two types of post conditioning approaches. |
